01Who we are

Global Shisha Tobacco is a Pakistan-based manufacturer and business-to-business supplier of shisha tobacco, hookah tobacco and Virginia tobacco for shisha. This policy covers the website at globalshishatobacco.com and the enquiries you send through it.

For any privacy question or request, use the contact page or the WhatsApp button on this site and mention “privacy”. We reply in writing.

02What we collect

When you send an enquiry or message

The quote form and the contact form collect your name, company, business email address, destination country, the product, quantity and buyer type you are asking about, and anything you choose to add: telephone or WhatsApp number, company website, packaging, port, shipping term, target date, specification details and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and the time.

When you contact us on WhatsApp

If you click a WhatsApp button, a chat opens in WhatsApp with a short pre-written message. What you send there, and your WhatsApp profile details, are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms and are visible to us.

Analytics, only with your consent

If you click “Accept & continue” on the notice, Google Analytics records how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. IP addresses are anonymised. If you choose “Essential only”, no analytics load.

What we do not collect

The website has no user accounts and takes no payments. Please do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents through the forms. We never need them.

03Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To reply to you and prepare a quotation. This is taking steps at your request before a contract.
• To run a business-to-business supply business. This is our legitimate interest, including keeping records, preventing misuse and improving the site.
• To measure how the site is used. This relies on your consent, which you can refuse or withdraw.
• To meet legal duties, such as trade, customs and tax record-keeping, where they apply to an order.

Analytics data is kept for the period set in our analytics account.
