02How to contact Global Shisha Tobacco
Use the form above for general questions about wholesale and bulk shisha tobacco, hookah tobacco, shisha tobacco leaves, export documents, compliance or the way we work. If you want a price, use the quote form instead, because a quotation needs your destination, specification and quantity, and the quote form asks for them. This page explains which route to use for which question, what to include so that you get a useful reply and what you can expect from us.
Global Shisha Tobacco is a Pakistan-based manufacturer and distributor that supplies commercial buyers: importers, distributors, wholesalers, lounge groups, tobacco companies and manufacturers. We do not sell to consumers, and we cannot answer consumer questions about where to buy retail packs; for that, use a licensed retailer in your own country.
Which route should I use?
| You want to... | Use |
|---|---|
| Ask for a price or a quotation | Quote form |
| Ask a general buyer question | The contact form above |
| Understand how an order works | How we work |
| Understand the rules in your market | Country guides |
| Ask about documents or shipping | The contact form above, then documentation and shipping and logistics |
| Report a concern or an error on this site | The contact form above, marked "concern" |
| Offer a source for a country guide | The contact form above |
| Ask about samples, inspection or private label | The quote form, or the contact form if you have no destination yet |
03What to include in your message
A clear message gets a clear reply.
- Who you are: company, country and what kind of business you run.
- What you want to know, in a sentence or two.
- Your market: the country you import into or supply.
- What you have already read, so that we do not repeat it.
- Any deadline that matters.
- How to reach you, with a business email.
If your question is really a request for a price, say so, and we will point you to the quote form so that you do not have to repeat yourself.
04What we can help with
Questions about the product
What shisha tobacco is made of, which leaf is used, what cut and moisture mean, how flavours are specified and how the product is stored. Many answers are in the guides: shisha tobacco, hookah tobacco and Virginia tobacco for shisha.
Questions about buying
How wholesale and bulk orders work, what a quotation contains, how to compare suppliers and what minimums mean. See wholesale shisha tobacco, bulk shisha tobacco and where to buy shisha tobacco.
Questions about shipping and documents
Shipping terms, containers, documents and the export process. See choosing an Incoterm, documentation and the export process.
Questions about rules
What your market requires. We can share what we have seen and point you to our sourced guides, but your authority and adviser decide. See regulatory compliance.
Corrections and sources
If you spot something out of date or wrong on this site, tell us. If you hold an official source for a country guide, send the reference and we will review it. We update guides when a rule can be confirmed from a primary document.
05What we cannot help with
- Consumer purchases. We do not sell to consumers.
- Legal, tax or customs advice. Consult a qualified adviser for your market.
- Medical advice. Tobacco harms health; consult your national health authority for health information.
- Supplying restricted destinations. We do not supply where commercial import is prohibited or where the buyer cannot show the authorisation required.
- Prices without a specification. A price needs a destination, specification and quantity.
06Response and what to expect
We read every business enquiry and reply in writing. We do not publish a fixed response time here, because it depends on the question and on whether we need information from you. A complete message is answered fastest. For quotations, the reply is a written offer; for general questions, it is an answer or a pointer to the right guide; where we cannot help, we say so.
07Security and privacy
Do not send card numbers, passwords or sensitive personal data through the form; we never need them. We use what you send to answer your message, and we do not use it for consumer marketing. See the privacy policy. Be careful with any message that appears to come from us asking you to change bank details or to pay to a new account: verify by phone using a number you already trust before paying anything.
08Business identity
Our business details appear on the about page as they are confirmed. If you need company registration, tax or banking details for due diligence, ask in your message and we will tell you what can be provided for your account.
09How to check any shisha tobacco supplier before you buy
Whether you buy from us or from anyone else, a careful buyer verifies a supplier before paying. This is not a sales point; it is standard practice in international trade, and a supplier who objects to being checked is telling you something. Use the checklist below on every supplier you consider, and apply the same standards to us.
Step 1: confirm the business exists
Ask for the company's registered name, registration number, registered address and a business email on its own domain. Check these against the public company register of the country concerned. Be cautious if the only contact is a free webmail address or a messaging app.
Step 2: confirm the premises and the product
Ask for photographs of the actual premises, packing and goods, and ask for a video call if you can. Independent inspection before shipment is normal for a first order, and an established supplier will not mind arranging it. See quality and specifications.
Step 3: ask for a written specification
If a supplier cannot give you a written specification with ranges for cut, moisture, nicotine and sugar, the product is not defined well enough to buy. See the specification sheet guide.
Step 4: check the documents they would provide
Ask for the list of documents for a typical shipment, and ask whether they can provide what your market requires. A vague answer, or "no documents needed", is a warning sign. See documentation.
Step 5: compare quotations on the same basis
Same product, same packing, same quantity, same shipping term, same destination. The cheapest quotation is often the one that leaves something out. See shisha tobacco suppliers.
Step 6: protect the payment
Verify bank details by a call to a number you already trust, not one in the email that gave you the details. Be wary of a request to pay a third party, to a personal account or to a different country from the supplier's. Prefer a structure in which part of the payment follows documents. See payment terms.
Step 7: start small
A trial order tells you more about a supplier than any brochure. Ask for a small first order and judge the specification, the packing, the documents and the communication.
10Warning signs in tobacco trade enquiries
International tobacco trade attracts fraud as well as honest business. Treat any of the following with suspicion, from any supplier or buyer.
- Pressure to pay quickly, especially before a written quotation exists.
- A price far below the market for the same specification.
- A change of bank details announced by email shortly before payment.
- No registered company, only a personal name and a messaging number.
- Reluctance to be inspected, or photographs that look like stock images.
- Offers to supply any country with no questions about licences.
- Documents that do not match the goods or contain inconsistent names, dates or weights.
If any of these appear in a message that claims to come from us, do not act on it. Contact us through the contact page and we will confirm whether the message is genuine.
11Preparing for a call or video meeting
If you arrange a call about a significant order, preparation makes it productive.
What to have ready
- Your company registration and import licence details.
- The product and specification you want, as ranges.
- Your target quantity, per order and per year.
- Your destination port and preferred shipping term.
- Your packaging and labelling requirements, with your authority's wording if you have it.
- Your questions, in order of importance.
- Your payment approach.
What to ask us
Ask how production is planned, how the specification is checked, how batches are recorded, how packing protects the product through a hot, humid voyage, what happens if a shipment does not match the specification, and what documents you will receive. A good supplier answers specifically.
What to do afterwards
Ask for the agreed points in writing and compare them with your notes. Anything agreed on a call but not written down is easy to forget. The written quotation is the record.
12Languages, time zones and working hours
Our enquiries are handled in English. If your team works in Arabic, Turkish, German, French, Russian or another language, you are welcome to write in it and use translation tools, but a written specification in English avoids misunderstandings, and warnings and labels for your market should be checked by a native speaker.
We are based in Pakistan, so our working day sits ahead of Europe and slightly behind or alongside the Gulf. Written messages cross time zones without trouble. If you want a call, propose two or three times in your own time zone and state the time zone clearly.
13Who we work with, and how each type of buyer should get in touch
Different buyers need different things from a first conversation. Find the group nearest to yours and use the route suggested.
Importers
An importer holds the licence, clears the goods and takes the compliance risk in the destination market. If you are an importer, your first message should state your licence, your destination port and the rules you already know apply. Read your country guide first, then use the quote form.
Distributors and wholesalers
A distributor buys finished product and sells to retailers and lounges. You care about range, pack size, labelling, reliable supply and consistency between batches. Describe your customers, your sales channels and the volume you can move. See wholesale shisha tobacco.
Lounge groups and chains
A lounge group buys for its own venues, often through a licensed importer. If you cannot import directly, say so, and we will explain how an order normally flows through a licensed intermediary. See wholesale hookah tobacco.
Manufacturers and blenders
A manufacturer buys leaf, cut leaf or base and processes it. You care about grade, cut, moisture and a supply plan across the season. See Virginia tobacco for shisha and bulk shisha tobacco.
Private-label brands
A brand owner has its own name and packaging. You care about whether own-brand packing is possible, the minimum per flavour and what your market permits on a pack. State your destination early, because some markets restrict branding.
Brokers and agents
If you represent a buyer, say so and name the buyer. A quotation is addressed to the party who will hold the licence and take delivery, and we cannot quote without knowing who that is.
New entrants
If you are building an import business and are not yet licensed, the useful first steps are to read the country guide, the import guide and the how to start importing material, then speak to your authority and a customs broker. You can send an enquiry to understand what a first order looks like, but we cannot ship before you are authorised to import.
14The questions buyers ask first
Where is the product made and shipped from?
Pakistan. We ship from Pakistan to buyers in many countries. See shipping and logistics.
Is it wholesale or bulk?
Both are available. Wholesale usually means finished retail packs in cartons; bulk means pallets, drums, bags or containers. See the wholesale and bulk comparison.
Do you publish prices?
No. A price depends on the specification, packing, quantity, shipping term and destination, so we give a written quotation instead of a list.
Do you supply every country?
No. We check each destination and do not supply where commercial import is prohibited or where the buyer cannot show the authorisation required.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to many destinations, subject to the rules of each. Read the country guides for the markets we receive the most enquiries from, and tell us your destination in your enquiry.
What flavours do you offer?
Flavours are agreed in the specification. Whether a flavoured product can be sold at all depends on the destination, because some markets restrict or ban characterising flavours. Check your market first. See shisha tobacco flavours.
Is the tobacco safe?
No tobacco product is safe. Tobacco harms health and nicotine is addictive. We supply licensed commercial buyers and make no health claims. See responsible trade.
15What happens to your message
A business message is read by a person. If it is a quotation request, it is checked against your destination's rules and answered with a written offer or with questions. If it is a general question, it is answered or directed to the right guide. If it is a correction or a source for a country guide, it is reviewed and, if reliable, used. Messages that are clearly spam, consumer requests or attempts to sell us something unrelated may go unanswered.
We do not share enquiries with third parties for marketing and we do not add you to a consumer mailing list. See the privacy policy.
16Other ways to learn before you write
You may not need to write at all. The site has a library of guides on the subjects buyers most often ask about, and reading them first will make any conversation shorter and more useful.
- Product: what shisha tobacco is, hookah tobacco, Virginia tobacco for shisha.
- Buying: wholesale, bulk, where to buy, suppliers, exporters.
- Importing: import shisha tobacco, documentation, regulatory compliance.
- Logistics: shipping and logistics, export process.
- Company: about, quality, how we work, responsible trade.
- Reference: guides, resources, FAQ, gallery.
17A final word
The best enquiries are specific, honest about stage and licence and clear about what the buyer will do with the goods. If yours is, you will get a useful answer. If you are not yet sure what to ask, say that, and tell us your market and your plan. A short, honest message is better than a long, vague one.
18Contact and enquiry etiquette
A few habits make business correspondence in this trade smoother for everyone.
Use a clear subject line
Put the topic and your company in the subject: "Quotation request, shisha tobacco, [company], [country]". It keeps your message from being lost.
Keep one thread per order
Reply in the same thread so that the quotation, the questions and the confirmation sit together. If you start a new subject, start a new message.
Attach documents sensibly
Send specifications, labelling requirements and licence details as PDF or image files. Do not send passwords, card numbers or scans of personal identity documents unless you have been asked and know why.
Confirm important points in writing
If something is agreed on a call or in a chat, confirm it by email. The written record is the reference if a question arises later.
Tell us early about changes
If your quantity, destination, specification or timing changes, say so as soon as you know. A change early is easy to handle; a change late can cost time and money for both sides.
19Contacting us about problems
If a shipment does not match the quotation, report it in writing straight away with the order reference, photographs and the specific difference. Keep the goods and the packing as they arrived. We will review the facts and reply, and where independent inspection or testing is the fair way to settle a difference, we will say so. A problem raised early with evidence is easier to resolve than one raised late without it.
